Key Responsibilities:
Accountability and Complexity
• Maintain proper storage and security conditions for drugs.
• Monitoring the prescriptions that have been filled.
• Responsible for following up and ensure the Receive and store incoming drugs and supplies, verify
quantities by Waybills.
• Preparing stock releases according to needs and monthly consumption.
• Preparing distribution plan according to needs order that he/she received from pharmacist assistants
• Pharmacist will be responsible for coordination with supply chain team about transportation and delivery
dates from Ware houses to HFs.
• Monitoring the the registration and consumption that submitted from Pharmacist assistant or dispensers.
• Provide information and advice regarding drug interactions, side effects, dosage and proper medication
storage. Apply hygiene standards in all medical activities.
• Attend in meeting related to pharmaceutical and medical commodities meeting.

• Monitor the consumption register update by daily.
• Monitoring the Temperature and humidity monitoring and update temperature sheet by daily basses.
• Ensuring that no expiry drugs will deliver to patient and be aware about the expiration date and report to
his/her line manager about any expiration at HFs.
• Coordinating with team leader in health facility or doctor about the near expiry dates.
• Any other tasks assigned by the Line Manager.
