Requirements

Position title: Field Monitor
Reports to: M&E Officer
Location: Al Hol Camp
Number of Position: 1
Announcement Date: 03 August 2021
Deadline: 09 August 2021

♦ University or institute degree,
♦ Certificate and transcript degrees are required to be provided.
♦ Experience in data collection and analysis processes.
♦ Computer literate in Microsoft Word, Excel, and email.
♦ Good organizational and communication skills.
♦ Good language skills in English and Arabic.
♦ Ability to travel to all the program areas, and any other areas in north and north-east of Syria.
♦ Previous experience with NGOs is preferable.

Responsibilities

♦ Conduct field visits and daily surveys.
♦ Report any finding or issue that need to be flagged to the Monitoring and Evaluation Officer directly.
♦ Take an active role in gaining the beneficiaries complaints related to all project aspects.
♦ Conduct assessments, data collection and information gathering from the field for data processing.
♦ Keep and assure a good working environment with colleagues and beneficiaries.
♦ Perform any other related duties as required.
