Responsibilities

♦ Organize the work of the MEAL teams across 3 offices, dispatch responsibilities and ensure tasks are achieved;
♦ Draw up a planning of the team’s work;
♦ Supervise the team members;
♦ Responsible for checking the quality of completed forms/questionnaires and correcting possible errors with the monitors
♦ Conduct data collection for project monitoring and assessments- including baseline, post distribution, needs, and market data, etc. as defined by the MEAL coordinator.
♦ Engage with programme teams in carrying out all the M&E activities and strategies requested by the Coordinator.
♦ Participate in verification processes and lead the monitoring of distributions (hosted by project teams).
♦ Propose new directions for future activities
♦ Suggest possible improvements.
♦ Travel to other bases when required.
♦ Test and train project teams and enumerators in use of data collection tools, defining their targets and following up with achievements. 
♦ Collect qualitative and quantitative data through focus group discussions and key informant interviews.
♦ Manage tablets used for data collection, ensuring proper functionality, timely upload, and requesting for maintenance or replacement when needed.
