Requirements

Education:

♦ University degree, organizational Behavior, community development.

♦ Certificate and transcript degrees are required to be provided.

Experience:

♦ 1 year working experience in the NGOs. at least 1 year with M&E or related field

Skills/Competencies:

♦ Good knowledge of English language, and fluency in Arabic.

♦ Good experience in the usage of computers and office software packages (MS Word, Excel, and outlook).

♦ Good writing and/or reporting skills.

♦ Experience in leading evaluation, data collection and analysis processes.

♦ Willingness Specific experience in SPSS and/or Microsoft Excel.

♦ Excellent organizational and communication skills.

♦ Ability to work with minimal supervision.

♦ Flexibility, commitment, patience, and a good sense of humor.

♦ Willingness to travel within the mentioned areas.

♦ Have high standards of ethics and integrity.

Responsibilities

♦ Conduct site visits to activities’ locations during the distribution and redemption of supplementary food voucher, closely monitor all the process, write down all notes and observations.

♦ Conduct QA/QC for food commodities in the vendor shops prior to redemption process.

♦ Conduct PDM survey for beneficiaries after each round of supplementary food vouchers.

♦ Conduct field visits to bread distribution points to interview the bread agents and beneficiaries to get the feedback on bread distributions.

♦ Conduct bakery survey to interview bakery operators to get all details of bakery operation

♦ Carry out field visits to HVG/Ag Inputs locations to track the activities progress.

♦ Conduct PDM surveys for the activities of HVG/Ag Inputs.

♦ Conduct QA/QC for shipments of flour, yeast, and agriculture inputs before delivering them to the intended destinations.

♦ Assist in all data collections, assessments, surveys requested for BHA project throughout Al Hasakah sub districts.

♦ Record the complaints/feedback of all project beneficiaries and highlight all findings for supervisor.

♦ Any other relevant tasks assigned by the supervisor.
