Requirements
Working hours: Part time (20 hrs/week)

Experience: minimum 1-3 years
Language required: English (excellent; mandatory), Arabic (excellent; mandatory) & Kurdish (preferred)
Education: Bachelor Degree is required
Salary Scale: 400 – 500 USD
Responsibilities
Program Development and Technical Support
♦ Contribute to the design and facilitate trainings and workshops on WPE and GBV related topics.
♦ Conduct capacity building assessments at organizational and community center level.
♦ Under the supervision of the GBV Specialist, lead the organization and implementation of assessments on the needs of targeted populations including support with designing tools and identifying the appropriate methodology; communicate closely and effectively with local authorities, civil society organizations and INGOs and report to GBV specialist.
♦ Support the PM in setting up, planning, and supervising the implementation of project activities in close cooperation with the key project staff.
♦ Support field staff with information dissemination, awareness raising and campaigning; identifying challenges and opportunities to provide guidance to local partner staff and report to the GBV Specialist.
♦ Provide support and mentoring to field staff on referrals according to inter-agency referral standards and report challenges and opportunities.
♦ Work closely with local partner staff and ensure that staff implement and respect GBV international standards.
Coordination
♦ Attend coordination and sub-working group meetings as needed.
♦ Contribute to and update the service mapping and administer service mapping surveys to service providers.
♦ Liaise and coordinate with the local implementing partner.
♦ Maintain close coordination with Project Management, GBV specialist, and technical teams.
Administrative Support
♦ Complete administrative tasks in support of project management.
♦ Supporting the PM and Administrative staff in planning the project expenditure and ensuring the compliance of expenditure of budgets with donor requirements.
♦ Supporting the PM and Administrative staff in ensuring the overall management, control and oversight of financial and administrative procedures, in compliance with UPP and organizational instructions.
Monitoring, Evaluation, and Reporting
♦ Conduct WPE & GBV monitoring exercises in community centers and report to GBV specialist.
♦ Compile draft reports with preliminary WPE considerations and analysis.
♦ Support the PM in data collecting for reporting.
♦ Identify challenges and opportunities as regards FCRM, provide guidance to local partner staff on implementation and report to GBV specialist.
Misc.
♦ Participate in capacity building activities to improve own skills and knowledge.
♦ Performing any other task relevant to the project and position, assigned by the PM, Head of Mission, GBV Specialist, or Desk Officer.
