Responsibilities

♦ General cleaning of guesthouses and office premises as may be requested taking care not to damage electrical equipment on the floor such as UPS, electrical wires etc.
♦ Cleaning the fridge, once a week.
♦ Dusting the desks, walls and cupboards (taking care not to damage office equipment on the dusted areas);
♦ Deep cleaning once every week (preferably the beginning of the working week).
♦ Inform line manager of any repairs or replacements required of maintenance equipment.
♦ Ensure all toilets have toilet paper and all sinks have soap.
♦ Monthly procurement planning of all cleaning items to be submitted to line manager (e.g. cleaning fluid, garbage bags, soap, toilet paper etc.);
♦ Assist in organizing official meetings/training rooms as may be requested by line manager.
♦ Clean the floors of each room and the stairs with a special emphasis on kitchen, bathrooms and especially the toilets and sinks.
♦ Empty the bins every working day.
♦ Maintain the garden areas around in the GH.
