Description of the Role:

The nurse will be responsible for understanding triage, which is a method for prioritizing patients based on medical needs. The nurse should be able to make rapid and accurate assessments of incoming patients, including both physical and mental health conditions. This position reports to the Nursing Supervisor. Time management is critical in this job. Besides triage, emergency nurses should quickly confirm the following information from incoming patients: identify the medical problem, document medical history, check any types of allergies and current medications, get height, weight, body temperature, heart rate, and blood pressure and perform any urgent procedures (stop bleeding, maintain pressure, et..).

Responsibilities:

• Fill in patient data personal information, vital signs, treatment provided, diagnosis, with extreme accuracy.
• Taking vital signs of patients in addition to the weight and height periodically and give the necessary medication according to the instructions of the competent doctor.
• Apply bandages and minor surgeries when needed.
• Responsible for disinfection of tools and their readiness.
• Assist patients with special needs.
• Perform injections as requested by the doctor.
• Responsible for proper usage of medical devices and tools in the clinic/ward.
• Responsible for the readiness of the emergency room and the clinic.
• Attend the planned exercises and deal positively with the project management.

• Do any other work assigned to you by your doctor, hospital manager, or project manager.
