Requirements
Compulsory:
♦ More than 6 months of experience in the HR business, or relevant educational background.
♦ Excellent administrative skill and proficiency in word processing and spreadsheet.
♦ Ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
♦ Trustworthy and discreet in handling sensitive and confidential information
♦ Excellent organizational skill with high attention to details.
♦ Good English skill both written and spoken
♦ Ability to travel within NES when required
Desirable: Work experience with international humanitarian organizations.
Responsibilities
Document control :
♦ Manage the HR filing system in Derik office (hard copy & Soft Copy), ensuring proper record and data filling of Derik office as it the center for all HR files
♦ In coordination with the HR Officer, prepare for orientation for new comers, and follow up on onboarding process with new comers and supervisors and ensure all HR policies and procedures in place & signed by them.
Recruitment:
♦ Support the HR Officer in all steps in Recruitment:
♦ Prepare the longlists of some positions.
♦ Participate in temporary workers and incentive staff interviews.
♦ Assist in scheduling interviews/tests with candidates.
♦ Checks professional references of candidates
♦ Archive all related documents starting from RRF, TOR, Interview notes, Test, References for all recruitment tasks on the box.
