Requirements

♦ Willingness and ability to work effectively with a wide variety of people.
♦ Previous NGO experience added advantage.
♦ Good in English language beside to Arabic.
♦ Ability to be pay attention to details.
♦ Flexibility to support by field visits.
♦ Very excellent command on excels and word Microsoft operating system.
♦ Ability to work as part of a team and coordinate with project personnel.
♦ Computer literate and strong organizational skills.
♦This position will require a demonstrated ability to achieve results in a demanding
and fast paced environment.



Compulsory:
♦ Minimum a recognized Pharmacy diploma/degree from an accredited pharmacy faculty, or
Technician pharmacist.
♦Minimum one year of experience required in pharma warehouse management.



Desirable:
♦ Good experience in pharma warehouse management.
♦ English good, Arabic and Kurdish excellent.
♦ Good Computer skills.

Responsibilities

♦ Complete full count and quality check of all goods received to the warehouse.
♦ Complete accurate Goods Received Note (GRN) for all items received in the warehouse and report on any discrepancies or losses or quality issues immediately. Prepare waybills, packing lists for each shipment.
♦ Ensure all stocks are appropriately stacked and labelled.
♦ Make a physical inventory of the stock (and pharmaceutical) with Sr. pharmaceutical warehouse officer/Operations Manager every 2 months.
♦ All forms completed accurately and timely – GRN, Stock/Bin Card, WH Ledger, Discard, Loss, Theft, Waybill, SRF, etc.
♦ Re-packing and labelling all shipments for onward delivery.
♦ Supervise loading and unloading at the warehouse; check any arrival of goods, quantity, and quality. Oversee temporary employment.
♦ Overall maintenance of the warehouse; report any issues immediately.
♦ Request and track WH stocks needed for re-packing and storing – tape, labels, boxes, wrap, spray paint, etc.
♦ Supports Derek's pharma warehouse when needed under the supervision of the senior pharma warehouse officer.



Warehouse Security:

♦ Ensure adequate security personnel complete timesheets and perform services as required. Report any issues with security guards immediately.
♦ Complete Incident Report for any concerning events and notify Office immediately. Document any breakage or theft with photograph support.
♦ Ensure fire extinguishers and first aid supplies are in place and kept appropriately stocked.



Warehouse Staff:


♦ With Office and HR support ensure casual labor is appropriately hired and paid; supervise persons for loading/unloading. Ensure documentation of hours worked and payment is done according to RI standards.
♦ Supervise additional warehouse staff and pharmacy staff.
Communications and Reporting:
♦ Maintain a warehouse ledger inventory for all program stocks; keep updated daily for all received and dispatched goods.
♦  Provide weekly reports on the movements of stocks in/out of the warehouse.
♦ Track and report on all transport shipments in/out of the warehouse.
♦  Ensure WBs and GRNs are documented and returned for all items received and dispatched.
♦  Maintain filing on site for all warehouse documentation.
♦  Ensure Gift in Kind items is specially marked and tracked according to same standards as program stocks.
♦  Communicate regular updates on shipment tracking for receipt and facilitate shipment from warehouse to partner or intend beneficiary.
♦  Coordinate closely with our Operations team on the tracking and arrival of all shipments from Procurement.
♦  Any other tasks required by Senior pharma warehouse officer and Logistics Manager.
