Responsibilities

1. Provide curative and preventive services following MOH or international recognized treatment protocols.
2. Manage directly mobile medical team.
3. Supervise activities of other team members in the field and supervise the reporting tools.
4. Maintain universal precautions for infection prevention
5. Perform minor surgical procedures i.e. dressing, stitching.
6. Ensure in a daily basis that supplies, equipment’s and medicines are available for the team.
7. Refer patients when diagnosis or treatment is not possible at the site.
8. Arrange/facilitate for the shuttle services to transport the patient to the nearest referral facility.
9. Make timely request of supplies, equipment and medicines.
10. Cooperate with the medical program managers/supervisors related to their activities.
11. Attend RI trainings and program meetings as required.
12. Prepare statistics and reports for the program.
13. Perform any other duties and functions, as needed or requested by the organization.
