Requirements
♦ Attend a mandatory training session for proficiency with the survey tablets and Qualtrics software (manadatory)
♦ Under the direct management of the PSS officer and the technical guidance of the XCEPT Project Coordinator, conduct data collection exercises such as surveys, qualitative interviews, oral histories, etc. with community members after having obtained their informed consent. Ensure safe data handling of all information and data. Such exercises will be mainly implemented either in women and girls safe spaces/mobile protection units or in health facilities/mobile medical units.
♦ As representative/”face” of the study and the XCEPT project to the respondents, the PSS enumerator needs to be able to answer any questions or concern and maintain professional relationships,. They should be able also to provide information on how to access RI’s Feedback and Complaint mechanism as well as Safeguarding reporting channel
♦ Be responsible for conveying any participant’s desire to withdraw (their data and participation) from the study. Enumerators need to be alert to any signs of distress and pause/stop the interview as appropriate.
♦ Implement tailored interventions with the community members that took part in the data collection exercises mentioned above, after having secured separate and dedicated consent/assent for every specific intervention
♦ Assist in identifying members of the community that are facing protection-related issues and provide them with information on available services and make referrals whenever needed and after securing informed consent
♦ Maintain good working relationships with local communities to ensure smooth implementation of the project and to ensure accountability
♦ Provide timely feedback on tools, risks and concerns of program activities and services
♦ When required, assist monitoring and evaluation of the project throughout the program cycle
♦ Contribute to periodic and thematic reports as required by the XCEPT Project coordinator
♦ Any other relevant tasks as requested by the PSS Officer or XCEPT Project coordinator

♦ Maintaining confidentiality and impartiality
Desirable:
♦ Speaking in both Arabic and Kurdish languages is desidrable.
♦ Basic English skills are preferred.
♦ Follow GDPR and secure data collection, handling, and storage through the tablets.
