Requirements
Diploma degree in Supply Chain, Administration, Engineering or other related.
Work experience on Supply Chain Field particularly in warehouse.
1. EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
At least (1) year of prior professional experience in a similar post, extensive experience with administration, procurement or logistical service.
Good experience in the usage of computers and office software packages (MS Word, Excel, etc.).
Proved experience in the Humanitarian Aid System is desirable.
Experience working in Syria and knowledge of USAID procedure and guidelines (advantage)
Ability to speak and write effectively in English and Arabic and good in Kurdish.
Ability to meet deadline and work commitment with minimum supervision.
Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.
Ability to stays composed and positive even in difficult moments, handles tense situations with diplomacy and tact, and has a consistent behavior towards others
Responsibilities
Conducting matches with the database and warehouse in order to ensure that the distributions are completed in the best manner, as well as to report any error that occurs during distributions to the direct supervisor.
Ensure full documentation for storage in accordance with Blumont procedures, immediately update stock cards after every reception/delivery process, prepare and complete the good receipt report (GRR) and delivery request forms, and update all the computerized database/tables for monitoring stock movements and consumption.
Move inventory and materials across labors, Process inventory for delivery & update logs and documentation for inventory processing
Sort, organize, and store inventory in proper location, Package items and label correctly, Scan delivered items and ensured quality, Report damaged or missing inventory to supervisors & Stack and organize large bulk items.
Remove inventory from trucks or shipping and delivery to proper location.
Follow up with the movement of the materials from facilities to workstations, pick-up locations, or other locations.
Ensure workspace is free of debris and remove safety hazards from aisles.
Work as an active team member to complete team goals.
Prepare documentation and inventory for audits.
Must be organized and punctual and well-presented and professional.
Perform any other related duties as required.
