Responsibilities

Secure main gate access for office/camps and make sure write name of visitors in log visitors with full details.
• Check location after staffs get out of office/ camps and make sure all equipment/electric is off.
• Protect organization’s property and staff by maintaining a safe and secure environment
• In the event that no Blumont personnel are present, to ensure that the Camp/office and compound remain secure against theft or damage and that persons who are not authorized do not enter the compound and /or remove any items.
• Observe for signs of crime or disorder and investigate disturbances
• Act lawfully in direct defense of life or property
• Apprehend criminals and evict violators
• Take accurate notes of unusual occurrences
• Report in detail any suspicious incidents
• Patrol randomly or regularly building and perimeter, Inspect lights, locks, doors, windows
• Monitor and control access at building entrances and vehicle gates to ensure unauthorized personnel are not permitted to enter Blumont building or compounds.
• Inspect any vehicles parked in compound, only authorized vehicles are parked in and near Blumont facility
• Review shift book with previous shift
• Control access by visitors o Ask for name, organization and purpose of visit
