Requirements
Compulsory:
♦ More than 6 months of experience in the HR business, or relevant educational background.
♦ Excellent administrative skill and proficiency in word processing and spreadsheet.
♦ Ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
♦ Trustworthy and discreet in handling sensitive and confidential information
♦ Excellent organizational skill with high attention to details.
♦ Good English skill both written and spoken
♦ Ability to travel within Der ez zor when required
Responsibilities
♦ Filling, documenting, and scan all HR paperwork. Enure all documents are in place.
♦ Support in updating the soft copies on the BOX.
♦ In coordination with the HR team, prepare for orientation, and follow up, on onboarding process, and make sure of all HR policies and procedures in place
♦ Assist in scheduling interviews/tests with candidates.
♦ Support in other tasks requested from HR department
