♦ University or bachelor’s degree in related field

♦ 3 years of relevant experience in humanitarian programs, food security experience desirable.

♦ Experience in data collection and analysis processes is preferred.

♦ Computer literate in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and excellent skills in reporting.

♦ Good organizational and communication skills.

♦ Self-starter who works well without supervision

♦ Excellent language skills in English and Arabic.

♦ Ability to travel to all the program areas in Hassakah, Raqqa, DZ and any other areas in north-east of Syria

♦ Supervise SEFSF Program officers in Derik,Hassakah, Tabqqa and DEZ

♦ Coordinates with logistics and field officers to verify timely and complete delivery of food supplies to target locations.

♦ Review all daily reports coming from officers and regularly inform Field Coordinator for any issues / adjustments.

♦ Follow up on all incident reports, support development of reports and documentation.

♦ Work with M&E and other related deps to promptly respond to complaints.

♦ Follow-up targets, Distributions plans.

♦ Update PC on movement of Flour, Bread, and vouchers distribution.

♦ Random field visits to FFP locations to monitor the FFP activities on ground.

♦ Work with officers and other departments on time sheet, Accruals, invoices, and all payments

♦ Perform any other related duties as required.
