♦ The position requires a secondary education. Diploma (two years institute) and bachelor’s degree (will be an added advantage) along with experience in community work and/or experience in project implementation;

♦ previous experience in using qualitative data collection methods will be an asset.

♦ Ability to interact effectively with international and national personnel, as well as with project partners and community members.

♦ Fluency in Arabic and good English will be an advantage.

♦ Good Microsoft Office skills are needed.

♦ Good media tools as well as mobile data collection will be an added value.

Responsibilities

♦ Under the supervision of the Emergency Program Officer, Enumerators for Data Collection will collect data related to registrations and assessments, and make sure all aspects of the data collection exercises meet program quality and plan.

♦ The Enumerator for Data Collection with Emergency team will ensure that all aspects of programs implementation are managed according to organization’s and donor’s regulations.

♦ They will also contribute in distribution activities Regular food assistance, MPCA, RTERs.

♦ The position holders will make sure all aspects of the distribution exercises meet program quality and plan.

♦ They will build the distribution side, apply Covid-19 mitigation procedures process for the program participants during the distributions. ♦ ♦ The position holders will work closely with organization’s team and security focal point in supporting and adhering to policies that support the safety and security of the team whilst implementing activities.


PS: Candidate for these positions will be hired under casual labor protocols and will be fulfilling the immediate need of the Casual Labor. The same process will be establishment of the roster (database of pool recruitment) for future need.
