Requirements
►Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or any relevant field.
Minimum of 3 years of work experience in relevant fields, and at least 1 year at a
supervisory level.
Ability to understand the needs of Synergy’s targeted groups.
Demonstrable understanding and experience of gender issues and proven commitment to
addressing gender inequalities in all key areas of responsibility.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge and experience in training and facilitations.
Excellent written and oral communication skills and good report writing skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well as a part of a team.
Ability to work with minimum supervision, and under pressure.
Ability and willingness to travel in NES as required.
Fluency in English, Kurdish, Arabic (speaking, reading, writing).
Strong computer skills in MS Word, Excel, Power Point and email applications.
Responsibilities
Supervising the implementation of activities accordance with projects plans and budgets.
Facilitate the definition of projects scope, goals and deliverables.
Assist with defining projects tasks and resource requirements.
Understand Program Management and donor rules/regulations.
Develop and control deadlines for reports and activities.
Write reports and analyses of programmatic activities.
Plan and schedule projects timelines.
Track projects deliverables using appropriate tools.
Follow up projects’ implementation with line managers.
Provide direction and support to projects teams.
Quality assurance for the project's input\output.
Review all projects reports defining projects progress, problems and solutions.
Assist with Project evaluations and assessment of results.
Assist in preparing concept notes and proposals.
Coordination and Communication:
Coordinate with projects managers and/or coordinators and share experiences.
Coordinate with governmental institutions such as Governorates to get permission for the
Program activities (where needed).
Submit monthly needed reports to supervisor.
Any other duties assigned by supervisor.
Human Resources Responsibilities:
Ensure staff attendance sheets are accurately filled and provided as per the agreed
schedule.
Manage leaves and maintain a master sheet of staff quarterly leave plans.
Raise Recruitment Requests forms to fill any gaps in program staff under her/his supervision.
