Requirements
♦ Willingness and ability to work effectively with a wide variety of people
♦ University Degree, or alternative 2-year experience in logistics if lower qualifications.
♦ Previous NGO experience added advantage.
♦ Good in the English language besides Arabic and Kurdish.
♦ Ability to pay attention to details.
♦ Very excellent command of excel and word Microsoft operating system.
♦ Ability to work as part of a team and coordinate with project personnel.
♦ Computer literate and strong organizational skills.
Responsibilities
1-Procurement:
♦ Assist our Procurement focal point as below:
♦ Collecting quotations from the Market.
♦ Making sure that all procurement documents (Quotes, GRN, PO, CSI…etc) are prepared well under Log assistant Supervision.
♦ Has a full understanding of RI procurement policies and formats.
♦ Enforce proper use of procurement ceilings and approval procedures.
♦ Ensure that RIs’ procurement activities are legal and moral.
♦ Doing market assessment.
♦ Oversee the gathering of quotations and bids from the market for PRs as per RI standards and formats.
♦ Interact with contractors, in coordination with the Program & Log assistant.
♦ Coordinate with the Finance department closely regarding all payments and related documents.
2- Fleet Management
Assist our Fleet focal point as below:
♦ Assist and support fleet management in Dez Area.
♦ Ensure that all vehicles have logbooks and that all drivers or staff with driving privileges are filling them every journey. Any RI vehicle without a logbook or sheet is not to be used.
♦ Ensure that all vehicles are safe and road worthy.
♦ Monthly compilation of vehicle log sheets.
3- Administration & Facilities:
♦ Assist our Administration focal point as below:
♦ follow up on all needs for offices and GHs.
♦ covering all required preparation, maintenance, and services for all locations.
♦ Managing accommodation for the staff in GH
