Requirements
High school degree, Organizational Behavior, community development, or related field. Experience: Minimum one-year experience in monitoring, evaluation, data collection, and analysis processes. Skills/Competencies: Good skills and knowledge on using KOBO toll box and other data collection tools. (Required). Good organizational and communication skills. Detail-oriented, concerned about quality. Good language skills in English and Arabic. Commitment: All role holder is expected to carry out their duties in accordance with our code of business ethics, core values, anti-harassment policy and PSEA policies.
Responsibilities
Follow up on all kerosene distribution activities. Support in conducting QA/QC checks on project shipments before being delivered to camp residents. Support the preparation of daily and weekly reports of all covered activities, including monitoring and field visit reports for kerosene distributions.
Track and monitor daily distribution, recording the number of liters of kerosene distributed and the number of HHs received kerosene …etc. Tracking and monitoring the kerosene flowmeter daily and recording numbers. Conduct PDM surveys and beneficiaries’ interviews for the distributions inside the camp. Recording and following up on all complaints of camp residents related to the distribution of kerosene or any other services. Keep and assure a good working environment with colleagues and camp residents. Perform any other related duties as required.
