Requirements
- Age should not be less than (18) years
- Commit to the message and values of Shar
- Have a real and actual desire to volunteer
Education:
- A university degree or an intermediate institute degree.
Work Experience:
- Experience working in the humanitarian field is essential.
- Analytical skills.
- The ability to explain and communicate ideas to the recipients in a simple way

Languages:
- Professional fluency in spoken and written Arabic and Kurdish are essential.
- English is highly desirable.
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Good coordination and organizational skills.
- The ability to get work done on time.
Responsibilities
- Work within the project work plan in coordination with the direct supervisor.
- Questionnaire implementation to collect data in the field.
- Data analysis
- Support in designing and developing other IT-based research.
- The ability to learn in the specified field.
- Carry out additional tasks according to the project's needs.
- Documenting and archiving both paper and electronic documents of the Questionnaire data.
