Requirements

Compulsory:
• More than 6 months of experience in the HR business, or relevant educational background.
• Excellent administrative skill and proficiency in word processing and spreadsheet.
• Ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Trustworthy and discreet in handling sensitive and confidential information
• Excellent organizational skill with high attention to details.
• Good English skill both written and spoken.
• Ability to travel within NES when required.


Desirable:
Work experience with international humanitarian organizations

Responsibilities

♦ Ensure that field staff comply with the organization's policies and procedures through on-going awareness sessions on RI Key organizational policies.
♦ In charge of check visits for assigned health facility/Mobile Clinics & Women and Girls safe spaces and complete the checklist where there will be a need to interview a number of staff and verify their incentives, explain any concerns, validate their attendance.
♦ Monitor the attendance of In-direct staff and ensure that timesheets are matched with attendance.
♦ Filling, documenting, and scan all HR paperwork. Ensure all documents are in place.
♦ Timely processing of new contracts, contract extensions, staff transfer, and other change of status
♦ Assist in scheduling interviews/tests with candidates.
♦ In coordination with the HR team, prepare for orientation, and follow up, on onboarding process, and make sure of all HR policies and procedures in place.
♦ Assisting the HR Officer in arranging and conducting written tests for candidates.
♦ Provide daily reports on work progress.
♦ Any other duties required by the supervisor.
