Requirements
Compulsory:
• Willingness and ability to work effectively with a wide variety of people.
• University Degree.
• Relevant Experiences (at least 1 year).
• Previous NGO experience added advantage.
• Must be fluent in Arabic and good in English.
• Ability to be pay attention to details.
• Good on excel and word Microsoft operating system.
• Ability to work as part of a team and coordinate with project personnel.
• Computer literate and strong organizational skills.
Responsibilities
Periodic assessment of the office and its needs for materials and services.
• Ensure the quality of services and materials provided to the office.
• Follow-up with the staff responsible for clinics, centers and hospitals in the areas in which we operate in order to highlight all the challenges and the required support.
• Local market assessment.
• Preparing purchase Requests through a sound mechanism, as well as successful coordination and planning to cover all the needs of the office and its services.
• Periodic monitoring of the office property and coordination with the asset Assistant accordingly.
• Follow up the assets and ensure the proper use of them.
• Notify the asset employee when there is any defect, malfunction, or loss of office materials, as well as the direct supervisor and the security team.
• Follow-up and control of generators and electrical equipment
• Monitoring diesel consumption and requests.
• Supervising the operating cars in the Dahala region and our operations areas in coordination with logistics officer and security team.
• Inspect cars daily and ensure their mechanical safety.
• Checking drivers and cars documents.
• Updating movement plan.
• Follow up with the guards and the security team to monitor generators, diesel fuel and office property.
• Follow-up contracts for cars, the Internet, the office, and all services.
• Support the procurement team when needed and secure some documents when necessary.
• Submitting proposals and organized plans to the direct supervisor and management in ways to improve the work and its environment.
• Update trackers for diesel, cars, consumables, inventory, and contracts.
• Follow-up with the rest of the departments to prepare regular periodic plans and requests and share them with the purchasing department on a monthly, quarterly, or semi-annual basis.
• Field visits to work areas as well as the rest of Deir Ezzor regions when needed to support the team and the organization.
• Requesting cash advances in coordination with the direct supervisor and the finance team when needed and in cases of emergency and immediate response.
• Ensuring the provision of a sufficient balance of service materials such as fuel, stationery, office materials, internet, and furniture.
• Supervision of cleaners.
• Updating and archiving all documents related to the receipt and consumption of all materials.
• Updating all trackers.
• Documenting releases and GRNs.
• Regular reports to the direct supervisor.
• Any other tasks assigned by Log& Admin Offer, SC coordinator or SC manager.
