EDUCATION/ EXPERIENCE NEEDED
♦ Bachelor's degree - preferable   
♦ Tertiary education and experience in the HR environment, preferably with an NGO in the past.
♦ 1 years' experience of HR work is preferred

LANGUAGE  
Fluent spoken and written English, as well as advanced Arabic and Kurdish languages, are preferred.

 REASONING ABILITY 
♦ Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. ♦ Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral diagram, or schedule form.

All OUR ORGANIZATION staff is expected to demonstrate flexibility and willingness to perform appropriate tasks when the need arises. 
 

Responsibilities

 Recruitment
♦ Support in the recruitment and hiring process, including job postings, candidate screening, and conducting interviews.
♦ Assist in coordinating pre-employment background checks and reference checks for potential candidates.
♦ Prepare the OUR ORGANIZATION ID for the final candidate.
♦ Prepare the ICT request form (Email/ Box) for the final candidate.
♦ Ensure that the induction briefing has been planned for the new employees.

 Contracts
♦ Ensure that all staff is providing the required documents to the organization.
♦ Support in issuing contracts and follow-up on approval and signature process.
♦ Receive the Resignation Letter, prepare Clearance Form, No Further Claim Form, and assist in exit interviews. 
♦ Follow-up contract expirations in order to anticipate each renewal of the contract or to inform the employee on time.

 Timesheets and Leave
♦ Implement and follow up timesheets.
♦ Validate and Follow up leave requests; according to the approvals and the Balance of Leaves.

 Employee data management 
♦ Collect and file electronically all documents of the newly recruited staff (ID, Certificates, Personal photo, Employee data sheet, policies ...etc.) 
♦ Update the personal folders of national employees (Timesheet, Leave request, Amendment, contract, pay slips … etc.). 
♦ Update the Employee ID cards.
♦ Update the HR database and personal files with all information necessary correctly. 

Complete other activities as directed by the Line Manager and Operations/HR manager and performing all other tasks and responsibilities assigned for the benefit of Our Organization with a generous and serving spirit.
